No Regrets

This academic year has been a Ride!

We saw:

• our beautiful collection boxed up and returned, though it took quite a few months!

• new shelving, carpet, and office furniture installed.  

• students, faculty, and staff from all over campus seriously discuss banned and challenged books.

• nearly 50 people of all ages attempt the Halloween Escape Room: The Mystery in the Static.

• everyone devour and explore our databases, books, and records with an excited fervor. 

• over 300 students participate in the “Money Smart Mystics Challenge” with 23 of them achieving at least one voucher redeemable at the BSC Bookstore.

• hundreds of students, faculty, and staff celebrate “National Library Week” and find something to make them smile.

• You all grow.

Every year is a little different, so it is always fascinating to see how everyone and everything changes. You have all worked hard to make the most of this year and you deserve the break Summer can grant.  The library will still be open during the Summer, so feel free to stop in, say Hi, play a game, and/or check out some things. We have music to help make those family summer BBQs fun, movie night favorites, and books to keep your Summer Reading Log happy.
