Echoes Of The Past

History is often an old fact, something that happened in the past. We also have to remember that we are living in history, though what you specifically did will more than likely not be remembered when looked on from future generations. Let’s look at some major parts of history we’ve lived through.

January 2, 2004 - NASA Stardust Spacecraft collected the first comet sample and returned to earth in one piece. This is not the first time a comet sample has been collected but it was the first comet sample returned to us.

February 14, 2005 - Youtube was launched and changed the internet forever. From needing a how to video to watching the life of another person, Youtube has impacted every g more to come.

March 11, 2020 - COVID-19 was announced an official pandemic and threat to the human population. Everyone reading this newspaper knew what it was like then. For the sake of documenting though, COVID shut down the world. Schools, businesses, and everything else was on close watch and people were told to stay away from each other. If they were to go outside, they needed to wear masks.

Though these seem like very large things that have impacted our lives, they really don’t matter when looking at the history of the human population.
